What is Tenex Perks?

Tenex Perks is an exclusive service available only to tenants in member buildings. We offer a variety of discounted entertainment and leisure services, including tickets, travel, dining and more.

How do I set up my building(s) on Tenex Perks?

Simply complete our online form, provide us with a few details about yourself and your portfolio, and we’ll be in touch to discuss getting you set up on Tenex Perks.

How long does it take to get my building(s) set up on Tenex Perks?

Once you complete our online form, we can get your building(s) set up in as little as three to four weeks.

Does offering Tenex Perks to my tenants take up any of my building team’s time?

No. Other than providing us with some building photography and, depending on your pricing package (see “Are there different pricing packages?” below), your company’s and/or buildings’ logos, there is no involvement from your team in offering Tenex Perks to your tenants. We may ask for your help to promote Tenex Perks when we first launch the service and from time to time (see below) but it’s not required.

How is Tenex Perks promoted in my building(s)?

We usually organize a virtual and/or in-building launch event to announce that Tenex Perks is available to your tenants. We also promote our service directly to members who sign up for our weekly email newsletter. We also ask (but don’t require) to be included in any building communications you may have, including tenant engagement platforms, newsletters, lobby signage, tenant emails and elevator screens.

How is the Tenex Perks website branded?

With the lowest pricing tier (‘A’ Package - see below), the Tenex Perks website is branded with the Tenex Perks logo. With our Double-A and Triple-A pricing tier, the Tenex Perks website is co-branded with your company’s or building’s logo.

Is there a cost to offer Tenex Perks to my tenants?

Yes, there is a cost to offer Tenex Perks to your tenants. We charge a per-square-foot fee, and the more square footage you have, the lower the per-square-foot fee. For more information, or to request a quote, complete our online form.

What are the benefits of offering Tenex Perks to my tenants?

Tenex Perks is a cost-effective way to offer your tenants a comprehensive and turnkey tenant service platform for just pennies per square foot per year. Tenex Perks also serves as a tenant engagement tool to increase tenant satisfaction and help retain your tenants. And with our Triple-A pricing package that includes your logo, we help build your brand.

What cities is Tenex Perks available in?

Tenex Perks is available in over two dozen cities across North America. For a complete list of cities, click here. If you don’t see your city, complete our online form to request offering Tenex Perks in your city.

Can my tenants use Tenex Perks outside of their home city?

Yes. Your tenants simply use their Tenex perks account to log in to their home city, choose the city they’d like to access and shop away!

Are there different pricing packages?

Yes, there is the ‘A’ Package, which gives your tenants access to our entire selection of services, the Double-A Package, which provides you with a branded version of the Tenex Perks website customized with your logo, and the Triple-A Package, which includes customized branding and promotes your buildings’ retailers. Are my tenants' payment and contact details secure?

Yes. We use Shopify for all ecommerce transactions, and your tenants can rest assured that all of their information is secure.

Can I promote my retailers on the Tenex Perks platform?

Yes. With our Triple-A Package, we promote your retailers on a building-specific version of Tenex Perks.

How do I become a Tenex Perks vendor?

If you’d like to ask about becoming a Tenex Perks vendor, simply fill out our vendor inquiry form and we’ll get back to you.

What are the benefits of being a Tenex Perks vendor?

When you’re a Tenex Perks vendor, we promote your products and services to our members, all of whom are tenants in office towers. Office tenants are a highly sought-after demographic, given their higher-than average income and education levels.

Do Tenex Perks vendors need to offer some kind of deal to your customers?

Yes. As a Tenex Perks vendor, you’ll be expected to offer some sort of discount or other value-add to our customers. We also expect you to provide us with a small commission on sales.

Are there restrictions on what can be offered on your site?

Yes. Vendors cannot sell products or services that are deemed offensive to our customers or property manager clients, including any material that is sexist, racist, homophobic or otherwise insensitive.

Who is responsible for collecting payment from your customers?

All Tenex Perks vendors need to be ecommerce-capable in order to collect payments online from our customers. If you’re providing us with commission on sales, you’ll also need to be able to track commissions automatically and make payment on a monthly basis.

Can the customers use Tenex Perks outside of their home city?

Yes. Our customers simply use their Tenex perks account to log in to their home city, choose the city they’d like to access and shop away!

How will you promote my product or service to your members?

As a Tenex perks vendor, your product or service will be featured on our website. You will also be featured in our weekly email newsletter.

Can I pay for additional exposure to your members through the Tenex Perks website or email newsletter?

Yes. For an additional fee, we will feature you in high-traffic areas of our website; we can also provide you with additional exposure in our email newsletter for a fee.

Is there a cost to join Tenex Perks?

No. Tenex Perks is an exclusive service provided to you at no change by your property manager. You only have to pay for the services you use. 

What are the benefits of using Tenex Perks?

The main benefit of using Tenex Perks is the cost savings. Members save on almost everything they buy, from tickets to movies, theater and more to hotels, car rentals, discounts and more. Members also enjoy priority access to some events.

Do I need to create an account to use Tenex Perks?

Yes. You need to create your free account, which includes your building address, to be able to access all the services that Tenex Perks offers. Because Tenex Perks is an exclusive service available only to tenants in member buildings, you need to let us know what building you work in.

How/where will my orders be delivered?

The vast majority of offers available through Tenex Perks are delivered to you digitally. For physical items that need to be delivered (e.g. flowers, gift baskets), you can enter the delivery address when you check out.

Are my payment and contact details secure?

Yes. We use Shopify for all ecommerce transactions, so you can rest assured that all of your information is secure.

Can my friends and family use Tenex Perks?

No. Tenex Perks is for the exclusive use of tenants in member buildings.
